Oleg Celebrating 40th birthday

On September 5, 2016, I celebrated my 40th birthday. On this day, I am thankful to God for life, family and friends. It is a privilege to be able to do my part for the Lord's work globally. As I look at my life, I realize that I have witnessed quite a lot. I was born in the Soviet Union, a country that exists no more. I witnessed oppression of believers by Communists and opening of the floodgates of freedom. God gave me a privilege to be among the very first theologically educated young men from the former USSR. As long as the Lord gives me strength, I would like to serve Him and His people and do everything possible to touch lives with the love of Christ.

Mission-bike Project: Enabling Missionaries to Go and Share the Gospel

During mission trips to Rep. of Georgia, Moldova and "last frontier" lands in the spring and summer 2016, I (Oleg) noticed that missionaries had to cover great distances trying to reach people with the Gospel in remote areas. As I thought and prayed of how we could help, I realized that they could do much more and could be more effective if they used motor bikes.

We at Turlac Mission developed a vision for enabling missionaries to go and share the good news with people that otherwise could not be reached. Join me in prayer for provision of "feet" for those that go and share the Gospel of Jesus to the ends of the earth. $250 can provide a motor bike for one missionary. Prayerfully we launch a "Mission-bike Project."

Christians Share the Gospel with Young People at the Camp in Rep. of Georgia

Because of your generous contributions, in July-August 2016, we supported summer camp for youth that does not know Christ in Rep. of Georgia. The young people had great time of learning about God and the Bible. Some of them accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We are excited about reaching young people in formerly Communist lands! Thank you, friends!
